Saturday, July 31st SGM&FC’s 1st annual Rt 66 Mother Road trip. Gary will head up a group leaving the Woodfield Mall at 7:15 – 7:30 am. Jeff will head up a group meeting at RT 34 & 355 at 7:45 – 8:00 am. The two groups will join and caravan to Joliet. In Joliet we will meet up with Marty who will take us on the tour with many stops along the way as we travel down historic Rt 66. This is great opportunity to drive back in time. Friday, August 6th SGM&FC Members are asked to meet at Rookies in Elgin to help stuff the Goody Bags for Saturdays show. We will meet up at 7:00 PM , bring all of the items you have collected for the show. Raffle items, Silent Auction items and bottles or cases of water. On Saturday bring a bag of ice for the water sales.

Saturday, August 7th . SGM&FC Annual Car Show in cooperation with The Elgin Rookies and Double K Productions. The Show will be held at the Rookies2486 Bushwood Drive. Our Show proceeds will benefit our Chairties, last year we raised $1,000.00, help us raise more this year.

Saturday, August 14th . SGM&FC Monthly Meeting will be held at Famous Dave’s at 1101 E. Dundee Rd. in Palatine.

Social / Dinner hour will begin at about 5 pm with general meeting to follow.
